Defining Natural Abilities.

At ASF we believe in removing the label of Autism and developing profiles for
every client. This defines their specific skill set and difficulties to provide a tailor
made support package for the individual to take to the work place and every area
of their lives.

It is broken up into 5 Stages:
– SWOT analysis
– Sensory Needs
– Behavioural Needs
– Relationships and Social Skills
– Routines

We carry the profiles out through observation and conversation with the
individual and it allows companies to be proactive with their employees rather
than reactive.
